9060H bonding silicone for electric component

9060H (HT-906BZ) RTV bonding and sealing silicone rubber is one component, the paste like off - the - type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. After curing adhesive layer is an elastic body, good resistance to heat, anti stress force change performance; excellent insulation, moisture-proof, shock resistance, corona resistance, leakage resistance and chemical resistance. Extrusion is excellent, especially suitable for the use of machine to make plastic. Excellent adhesive properties, good adhesion to most metals and plastics, ceramics and glass. Fully comply with EU ROHS directive requirements.

Typical use
The sealing adhesive is suitable for the general industrial assembly, such as a microwave oven door frame and glass bonding fixing and sealing, and the bonding and fixing of the electromagnetic oven coil disk.

How to Use

Keep the object surfaces clean without rusts, dusts and oil.

Dispense the sealants to object surfaces.

Put the objects in the air for 24 hours in the condition of room temperature & 55%RH to reach a cure depth of 2~4mm the longer, the deeper.

The outlet of unspent adhesive should be sealed in time, clean the crusts on the outlet for another use within a short time, the performance of adhesive won’t be affected.

Storage:

Keep the sealant away from children.

Use it in ventilated places

In case of contact with skins, wipe and then flush with clear water.

In case of contact with eyes, flush with clear water immediately and go to hospital for checking.

Store it in dry and shady places at the temperature of 8~28℃

Storage life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
