Q1, Can this hair be straightened,curled?
A:Yes, treat the hair as your own, use a flat iron/straightened or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, don't use hot tools too often, it may damage the hair.
Q2, Can I color the hair?
A: Yes, the hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extension, as you will get the results you want. If you can`t get to a salon, please use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
Q3, How many bundles for a full head?
A: For average head size, here is our suggestions:
12"-14": 3 bundles
16"-20": 3 bundles
22"-30": 4 bundles or more
Q4, Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
(1) Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil& dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
(2) Make sure to wash & condition your hair once a weak, twice a weak is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
(3) We accept 7 days return policy if the hair shedding or tangle a lot.
