The PERT pipe produced by our line are mainly used for underground heating. Our line can produce ppr pipe by only chansing the mould. It could produce the LDPE HDPE PPR pipe in one line.
Processing flow of PERT pipe production line:
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
Extrusion Line Introduction:
The production line adopts the high efficiency screw extruder which made by our company, it has the characters of high-speed extrusion and high efficient plasticization.
Barrier pattern of double poler of PP-R specilized spiral pole, opened dent of machine.
Equiped with twice-diffluence new pattern mould which has the characters of low temperature and low pressure extrusion.
PLC control system is adopted to guarantee easy operation.
Color lables can also be extruded according to customers' requirement. The line can also used to produce PE pipes with different moulds.
1. Screw Type: special single screw extruder for polyolefin with high extruding speed and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
2. Extrusion Type: specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.
3. Pipe Dia: 16mm to 25mm, extruding speed 16 m/min.
