The machine is mainly used to produce single-wall corrugated pipes by PVC, PE, PP nylon and other raw materials. The corrugated pipes are continuous corrugated pipes formed by moulds. They are mainly used for wire and cable threading pipes, laundry drainage pipes, vacuum cleaner pipes, ventilation pipes, etc.
The pipes forming machine is a closed tunnel transmission structure. The track contacted with the module is cooled by water respectively. The cooling efficiency is mentioned and the service life of the module is delayed. The machine can run steadily for more than 10 meters per minute, and some models can reach the speed of 20 meters per minute.
