PVC Pipe is widely used in agricultural water supply & water discharge system, architectural water supply & discharge system and wire laying system, etc.
The production line consists of a conical (parallel) twin screw extruder, a PVC pipe mould, a vacuum calibration tank, a (spraying cooling tank), a tractor, a cutter and a stacker.
l Extrusion temperature is controlled by 2 ways that the one is computer system controls automatically and the other is to rely on the temperature meter directly.
l We have 23468 caterpillar tractors for your options to suite for variable requirements.
l We have blade raising cutter and circular cutter for your options according pipe specification.
