Description & Applications:
EMC Version 304 or 316 Grade Stainless Steel Cable Glands PG7~PG48 with Spiral Flexible Strain Relief Protector come with an additional spiral spring which can prevent cables from excessive bending and breakage and help to extend cable life.
With an intermediate brass contact attached, spiral stainless steel EMC cable glands with bend & flex protector can provide 360° electromagnetic interference. When the shielded cables pass the cable gland, the intermediate brass contact will firmly contact the shield braid in the cable to lead the interference electromagnetic wave to the ground wire, thus the electromagnetic interference can be evacuated.
The stainless steel spiral cable glands are available in brass or stainless steel AISI304, AISI316 or AISI 316L with Metric, PG, NPT and G threads or elongated threads.
The stainless steel EMC cable glands with kink and twist protector have the ability of chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and they also have the ability of high tensile strength, high tenacity, good water resistance, excellent bending protection and long service time.
