F420 The Polyaspartic Resin
1)Description:
A polyurea can be defined as a reaction product of an aliphatic or aromatic isocyanate component and a resin blend component, which is comprised of amine-terminated polymer resins and/or amine chain extenders. Traditional aliphatic polyurea formulations required high-pressure, hightemperature plural component spray systems to be applied due to fast initial reaction rates of less than one minute. “Polyaspartic” chemistry was first introduced in the early 1990s. “Polyaspartics” are considered to be a two-component coating/spray aliphatic polyurea hybrid system derived from the reaction product of an aliphatic polyisocyanate and a polyaspartic ester polymer, which is an amine/diamine functional coreactant for aliphatic polyisocyanate.
FEISPARTIC F420 is Aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates, it could be used for the formulation of high-solids, two-component polyurethane topcoats and solvent-free coating materials.

5)Storage:
●FEISPARTIC F420 resin must be stored in tightly sealed containers to prevent from contacting with moisture. Recommended storage temperatures are 0°-40°C (32°-104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F420 is 12 months when stored in closed original containers at 77°F (25°C).
