The Sun UV Aging Environmental Test Chamber simulates sunlight, rain, and dew exposure to accelerate material weathering testing. This UV lamp accelerated weathering equipment evaluates material damage under controlled UV radiation, temperature, and humidity conditions, significantly reducing testing time compared to natural environmental exposure.
Testing Functions
UV Light Simulation
Utilizes 10 UV fluorescent lamps (40W each) with wavelength ranges of 315-400nm (UVA) or 280-315nm (UVB) to accelerate material aging. The system automatically replaces lamps every 400 hours to maintain consistent UV output throughout the 1600-hour lamp lifespan.
Condensation System
Simulates outdoor moisture through a unique condensation principle, maintaining 100% relative humidity at elevated temperatures using purified distilled water to ensure test reproducibility and prevent water spotting.
Rain Simulation
Water spray functionality replicates rainfall effects, including rapid temperature changes and material surface washing. This combined with UV exposure and condensation creates comprehensive environmental simulation.
