Gas pizza ovens are heating with pillar of fire, and the maximum inner temperature can get to 500℃, in which way saves more moisture and nutrition of the vegetables and fruits in pizzas. More infrared radiation can make the pizza surface crispier.
Fully imported components are adopted. The high temperature heaters specially customized for electric pizza ovens are durable and can evenly heat. The Schneider temperature controller and Omron calculus solid-state relay make the temperature control more precise and stable.
