Printer Specification
1.Main electrical appliances: Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi inverter, Schneider contactor, Schneider button, Mitsubishi touch display, Taiwan Foton Electric, to ensure stable operation of equipment.
2.Digital display for printing alignment adjustment. Germany (BECKER) vacuum pump. Yade polite moving parts. Japan THK linear guide rail.
3.The main transmission is automatically refueled to reduce wear and prolong the service life. The key parts use "INA" bearings imported from Germany and Luoyang bearings
4.Printing detection function: Japan KEYENCE (KEYENCE) fiber optic positioning system is used to detect the accuracy of overprinting and paper jams, section sheets, screen sticking and other failures during printing. You can choose not to print or stop automatically. Reduce scrap.
5.The whole machine adopts the highest level locking screws (level 12.9)
6.The output is 2 wide belts, all the plates are made of anti-static rice grain boards imported from Germany, and the conveyor belt is made of imported brand belts from Italy (CHIORINO) (Heidelberg offset printing uses the same brand belt)
7.Our unique air-drawing positioning system, 0.075mm PET film, the repeat positioning accuracy of the same screen plate is ±0.015mm
8.Self-contained mechanical buffer system (to ensure the smooth feeding of thinner materials)
