Vacuum Cooling Process
The vacuum cooling process begins with palletized products being loaded into the vacuum chamber via forklift or automated systems. Once sealed, the system evacuates air from the chamber, rapidly reducing temperature through water evaporation as atmospheric pressure decreases to desired levels.
System Structure & Components
Chamber dimensions are customized based on pallet quantity and size requirements, determining the number of vacuum pumps needed. Our systems feature Elmo Rietschle vacuum pumps known for minimal maintenance, reliability, and quiet operation.
An internal evaporator condenses water vapor, ensuring only dry air reaches the pumps. External refrigeration systems utilize R404a refrigerant with compressors from Germany or Hanbell (Taiwan).
