Industrial Stainless Steel Food Vacuum Cooler System
This advanced vacuum cooling system rapidly reduces product temperature from 30°C to 3°C in just 20-30 minutes, significantly extending freshness and shelf life for vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
System Components
Vacuum Chamber
Load vegetables and other produce on pallets. Chamber size is determined by pallet quantity and dimensions, which also dictates the required number of vacuum pumps.
Vacuum System
Removes air from the chamber to initiate cooling. Features Elmo Rietschle pumps known for reliability, low maintenance, and quiet operation.
Refrigeration System
Captures water vapor to ensure continuous cooling. Internal evaporator condenses vapor while external compressors ( or Hanbell) maintain refrigerant (R404a) temperature.
Control System
Monitors and displays operational conditions via PLC with sensitive sensors and valves for precise control.
