Industrial Vacuum Chiller for Fresh Produce Cooling
This painted steel vacuum chiller efficiently cools leafy vegetables, broccoli, watercress, and beansprouts from 30°C to 3°C within 20-30 minutes, extending shelf life while preserving nutritional quality.
Vacuum Cooling Technology
Vacuum cooling technology differs from conventional refrigeration by utilizing rapid, uniform, and clean cooling processes. As pressure decreases, water boils at lower temperatures, removing heat through evaporation. Our vacuum cooling system uses vacuum pumps to extract air and vapor from the chamber, achieving the pressure required for efficient product cooling.
