Production output depends on cone mix quality, oven temperature, and wafer thickness
Mechanical cone ejection using track and roller system (Utility Model Patents: ZL200820043161.9, ZL200820189568.2). Easy to maintain with flexible spring-loaded ejector that accommodates cone diameter variations up to 2mm, handling both flat-top and natural rimmed cones.
One motor drives oven, rolling station, and batter pump through high-precision chain system. Ensures accurate production and high product yield with synchronized operation.
Reduces wafer transfer distance from baking plates to rolling molds. Minimizes sugar and oil usage while maintaining production efficiency.
