With More Than 60 Years Cone Baking Experience Before Developing Our First STARLAND Automatic Cone Production system, a fully mechanical-operated automatic machine comes to our mind: Simple-to-use,easy-to-maintain and reliable. The machine evolved in the past 15 yaars to become faster,more efficient and eco-friendlier. They make decent cones too.

Today, we still enjoy baking cones,Baking cones and building machines are equally important to us. It provides us unlimited possibilities to develop new cones or related products for customers. Sometimes,you need a new recipe,a new machine or even a new system to create a new cone products. We feel that we have made contribution to the industry when clients' new products succeed in the market.

In China and Hong Kong , we are supplying to global ice-cream brands and international chain stores. The productions in our cone factory are all produced by STARLAND machines. The cones are subjected to the most stringet standards and inspection by our clients.

CBIV series and WBIV series (Baking Plates Size: 260mm x 240mm ; suitable for cone length between 100 to 120 mm and waffle basket)

*A means one cone per baking plate while x2A means two cones per baking plate

** Standard cone is 23˚ with cone length 110mm ; standard cone /hour for x2A(two cones per baking plate) only.

Also, production output depends on the quality of cone mix, oven temperature and thickness of wafer.

Batter Tank and Pump System (Utility Model Patent#: ZL200720061679.0). Double walled to keep batter temperature stable. Steel sieve included. Backflow valve stop batter to release from doser while adjustable doser help control the wafer size.

Component and parts. High quality imported bearings, accessories and grease are used for stable machine running and minimal parts replacement.
