After assemble we will go to test bench  with at least 300 bar,

if it is qualified, then we will go to packing ,then send out.

we will check the rod visually, check for damages, cracks, and scratches, on the chrome surfaces.

Reject if you find scratches with your nail on the chrome surface.

Reject if you detect chrome peeling, pinpoints, or color difference on the chrome surface.

Check for the cast material gaps.

we also use micro meter to check the diameter of the rod.

reject if the measure value are different from each other by more than 0.03mm

try to stay on the middle of the tolerance, reject if the measure value is out of tolerance by more than 0.02 mm.

coating thickness tester : check the chrome thickness, The optimal value is 50 microns  on the point, reject if the thickness is lower than 30 microns,and higher than 100 microns.

check the rod roughness, the optimal value is Ra0.10 - 0.16 for the rod surface, reject if you measure the roughness value more than ra0.30
