ZKS900 dough sheeting line is widely used to sheeting the dough band for kinds of bread , the  line is featured for  it's advanced modular design , by changing the configuration , this line is able to  manufacure dough for either pastries or bread , the following drawing is a standard dough laminating line

3 ) Robust multirollers , 12 satellite rollers and one big roller , well thinning the dough band

4 ) The whole line is made of hygienic grade 304 stainless steel ,easy to clean .

5 ) Dough former extruding the dough band , sensor control and thickness adjustable

6 ) World advanced technology fat pump , the size of fat extruding nozzle is adjustable .

7 ) The cutting hopper will cut the mixed dough into regular pieces ,normally 5 kg per piece.

8 ) 2 sets of laminating devices , 3-144 layers available , amplitude adjustable

9 ) Every phase conveyor belt is equiped with quick release mechanism for quick cleaning.
