The OptiX RTN 905 is a new generation integrated microwave transmission system devel- oped by HW, which can be installed easily and configured flexibly. It supports two radio links, and supports multiple protection schemes. The OptiX RTN 905 2F provides a generic platform for TDM/Hybrid/Packet/Routing microwave transmission. The platform provide various service interfaces, large bandwidth, and easy scalability. It provides a seamless microwave transmission solution for mobile communication network or private networks.

10GE port
The OptiX RTN 905 2F provides a maximum of four 10GE ports, with each port providing 10 Gbit/s bandwidth. Therefore, multiple GE ports do not need to be used to configure LAG for load sharing. This reduces deployment costs, simplifies installation, and meets upstream capacity requirements raised by an increasing number of access sites.

High density and Ultra-High-Order modulation 8192QAM
- Is a 1 U standard chassis and provides up to 4x10GE, 6xGE, 2xSTM-1, and 16xE1 ports.
- The OptiX RTN 905 supports 112 MHz channel bandwidth. Compared with the traditional 56 MHz channel bandwidth, the 112 MHz channel bandwidth doubles the service capacity of a single channel, reducing CAPEX in building networks.
- Supports the 8192QAM modulation scheme.

On-demand application and flexible expansion
- Provides OptiX RTN 905 1E with one IF board and OptiX RTN 905 2E/2F with two IF boards.
- Provides more microwave link directions or implements more functions by NE cascading.
