PTC730C NPN silicon phototransistor mounted lensed water clear plastic package
The PTC730C is a NPN silicon phototransistor mounted in a lensed,water clear plastic package. The lensing effect of the package allows an acceptance half view angle of 50°that is measured from the optical axis to the half power point.
The PTC730C is a high sensitivity NPN silicon phototransistor mounted in a clear epoxy encapsulation . With daylight filter, this phototransistor is only sensitive to infrared rays. It is compact, low profile and easy to mount.
