Product Introduction
There are two main test functions for LABTONE Mechanical Vibration Test System : fixed frequency test and frequency sweep test. These two testing functions provide users to test their products with: vibration function test, durability test, packing and shipping test, resonance search, resonance reside, stress screening, fatigue test...And so on.
The Fixed Frequency Test Mode : set a test frequency point and test time, the vibration test machine is tested according to the set conditions until the end of the test time, the operation mode is as (Figure a).
The Frequency Sweep Test: set the starting frequency, termination frequency and sweep time, vibration test machine is tested according to the starting frequency gradually increase or decrease the vibration frequency to the termination frequency, and sweep speed determined by the sweep time, the operation mode is as (Figure b).

This series of vibration testers is applicable for vibration and engineering testing vertically in laboratory as well as production line. The structure of the vibration tester is reasonable with good reliability, simple operation and is cost effective.
