Intro:
This machine is customized machine for transistors, bridge rectifier. It can manage shrink tube inserting, heat shrinking, leg cutting, and bending leads.
The shrink tube should be rolled, and the machine automatically cuts the tube and insert it onto the pins.
Note: One machine can work only for 1 size transistors.

Technical features:
1. The vibrating bowl is sorted and fed by front and back sides. 1500-2000 components can be poured into the vibrating plate each time.
2. Cutting feet: adjustable length;
3. Bending: Bend leads at 90 degrees (the actual angle after molding is 90~95 degrees);
4. Applicable: Suitable for single specification materials (ICBG/bridge rectifier) to automatically wear heat shrinkable sleeves (single diameter specification), heat shrink, leg cutting, and forming.
5. Features: Single specification, stable performance.
6. Features: The shrink tube inserting and heat shrinking process is completed . (The diameter of the heat shrink sleeve is determined by the supplier when making it).
Note:
1) The equipment can have legs cut or not;
2) The equipment can have legs bent or not;
3) Recommended diameter of heat shrinkable tube: 4~5mm (the diameter of the casing is determined by the supplier according to the material);
4) Heat shrinkable tube length range: 6-13mm;
Note: The molding dimensions are made according to the samples, PCB boards, and heat sinks provided by the customer.
