Intro:
Pin header cutter machine can cut 1-row, 2-row, 3-row pin headers, L shape or straight shape pin headers. Machine can work for pin headers with different pitches, including 1.27mm, 2.0mm and 2.54mm pitch pin headers.
Note: For different pitches, you can use different machines. Or changing cutting die.
Suitable:
Pin headers with 2.54mm 2.0 or 1.27pitch. Can cut pin headers to different pin numbers by adjusting washers and blades.

User guide:
Operator can adjust blade and washers to adjust different pin numbers cutting.

Explain:
Blade is 0.3mm thick, there are three types thickness washers: 2.24mm, 2.54mm and 5.08mm
If you want to cut 2.54mm pin headers to 1P. Just install (1pc 2.24 wash+ 1pc 0.3 blade)+ (1pc 2.24 wash+ 1pc 0.3 blade)…..
