RS-901AW Bulk Electrolytic Capacitor Lead Cutting And Bending Machine With Polarity Detection

Intro:

RS-901AW is full automatic lead cutting and forming machine electrolytic capacitors. It can work for electrolytic capacitor, LED components, and other radial components. It is mainly composed three parts: vibration feeder bowl, forming parts and testing device. Vibration bowl can feed capacitors automatically, fast speed and save labor.  It can cut capacitor leads only, or cut and bend, forming die can be customized. Tester device makes allows operator to set testing capacitance. Its fast speed is also amazing , which can reach 8000-12000pcs/hour. We Can customize feeder bowl, jigs, forming tool according to components.

For the forming process, there are several major steps: 1. Spread capacitor leads  2. Straighten capacitor leads  3. Test capacitor polarity 4. Rotate capacitor if polarity is wrong 5. Test capacitance, if capacitance is within set range, capacitor will pass, or it will fall down. 6. Cut capacitor leads  7. Bend or form capacitor leads.

Available Electrolytic capacitor size. For different capacitor size range, it needs a different machine.
