Intro:

This automatic wire cutting and stripping machine can cut wires, strip wires and crimping two-ends. Cutting stripping and crimping can be finished with one machine. It can make 4300pcs/hour for 100MM length. Fast speed and high efficiency.

We use Janpan Mitsubishi servo motors. Machine is high accurate.

Suitable:

This wire cutting stripping and crimping machine is for 14 AWG to 32 AWG stranded electric wire(can be customized for bigger wires). The terminal should be on tape and reel. Both side-feed and back-feeder terminals are OK.

For loose terminals, we can use vibration feeder bowl.
