Operation Guide:

 

  1. Connect the air tube according to the corresponding markings on the equipment and its accessories.
  2. Connect the gas source. At this stage, the clamp head of the equipment must be in an open position before proceeding with the crimping operation.
  3. Place the terminal to be crimped in the corresponding fixture position and press the foot pedal switch. Crimping is complete.

 

Precautions:

 

  • This equipment requires a machine: an air compressor
  • Operating environment and fluid temperature: 5 - 6O°C
  • The machine must be used in conjunction with a pressurere gulating valve.
  • For the pipelines connected to the equipment, select appropriate air hoses and fittings, and thoroughly clean the interior to prevent debris from entering the machin eand damaging the cylinders.
