RS-901K Automatic Radial Lead Cutting And Bending Leg 90 Degrees Machine

Intro:

This machine RS-901K can preform kinds of radial components lead, such as cutting only, cut and bend 90 degrees, cut and kink, etc. The forming tool and fixtures are customized.

NOTE:  Vibration bowl can detect LED polarity by the LED leg length difference.  So the original LED leg length should be stable, and same length.

Suitable:

• For kinds of radial components, such as bridge, E-caps(manuall put components), CBB capacitor, etc
• Can bend lead to 90 degrees, front-rear side kink, cut leads only,etc
• Feeder bowl and forming tool can be customized as per components.

Parameter:

High accuracy. Shortest to 3MM.(Need to be customized for even shorter length
