Automatic F type Resistor And Diode Axial Lead Forming Machine

Intro:

RS-907F is used to cut and form resistor/diode lead to F shape. The forming tool is customized according to customer's needs. For F shape, the forming size is adsjutable. Operator just needs to put taped and reel components on the machine holder, start it, machine will work automatically. It can save much time.

• Forming Type: U shape, F shape, U-K, F-K
• Lead diameter: 0.5-0.8MM or 1.0-1.3MM lead. Two size range can not use same machine.
• Below is forming size range for F shape

• Resistor And Diode Axial Lead Forming Machine is for taped axial components only. However we have feeder bowl for loose components for option.
• We can make forming tool as per customers' need.

4. Cutting lead: dynamic and static cutting knife cutting lead; mold thickness positioning lead; mold thickness positioning.

5. Through mold molding, the molding effect is more stable.
