Intro:
The Automatic PCB lead cutter machine is mainly used for cutting the extra pins of the components
after soldering,this machine is assemblyed by precision manufacturing parts,also the key parts is finished through long time and careful research,using import bearing for assemblying the cutter,make sure all
works together. The blade rotate fast and stability,at the same time it's very low noise and high efficiency.
Double rail travel can be adjustable Synchronize,cutting feet also adjustable.
Suitable:
1. The pcb size should be within 400x250MM.
2. The PCB board side should have at least 2MM distance from components.
3. The shortest length machine can cut is up to 1.5MM. However if there is components on back side, lead length should be higher than components. For example, there is 3MM height components on bottom side, so after cutting, the lead length should be higher than 3MM. You can not cut lead length lower than 3.0MM.
