Intro:

 

Automatic resistor lead cutting forming machine is used to cut and form axial resistor and diode leads. The forming tool is customized. It can form U, F or UK and FK shape according to customers' need. This machine is for taped components only, however we can also provide feeder bowl for loose components.

  • Available Forming Type: U shape, F shape, U-K, F-K
  • Lead diameter: 0.5-0.8MM or 1.0-1.3MM lead. Two size range can not use same machine.
  • Forming shape can be customized

 

Suitable:

  • Resistor And Diode Axial Lead Forming Machine is for taped axial components only. Optional feeder bowl can work for loose components
  • We can make forming tool as per customers' need.
  • Available lead diameter: 0.5-0.8MM or 1.0-1.3MM lead . Two lead diameter range can not share same machine.
