Application:

This is an semi-automatic IDC crimping machine. It works for different types of flat ribbon cable. No need to change applicator, fixing jig is customized. It can work for various IDC/IDE terminals.

We have machines for max 40P and 50P.

Note: If connectors are same pitch , different Pins can can use same fixture. It is adjutable. For example, 2.54 pitch , 2P-40P can all use same fixture.

Features

1. For 8P-40P IDC flat wire crimping head machine instead of hand pressure pliers, the extrusion efficiency is high quality and stable and the operation is simple.

7. Using 6 ~ 8kg air pressure, 220V power supply.

8. The body is made of steel, which is stable and durable. The exterior is chrome-plated, beautiful and not rusty.
