Intro:

RS-909C is an automatic transistor forming machine mainaly for TO-220, 247 and bridge rectifier. It can insert and heat shrink tubes, then cut and bend transistor leads. Shrink tube inserting and heating, transistor leads cutting and bending can be finished by one machine. One device is only suitable for the electronic components of the same body, and it is dedicated to the special machine.

1. This machine is suitable for heat shrink forming of bulk triodes and bridge stack pins through sleeves.

2. Based on the concept of humanized design, the debugging operation is simple and efficient.

3. The finished product is automatically sent out, and the casing operation is automatically completed.

4. Each pin is put through the sleeve and then heat-shrinked, and then bent 90 degrees, the molding shape is standard, and there is no indentation.

5. The circuit adopts PLC programming and is equipped with a touch screen, which is simple and fast to operate and has stable performance.
