The single flute down cut spiral router bits designed for maximise smooth finish with downward cut for enhanced material holding, prevent workpiece lifting during cutting. The downward spiral is especially useful to create downward chip flow and hold the part to the table during cutting. The special geometery is designed to give best edge finish on hard acrylic plastics.
Also the down-cut spiral bit uses the higher quality micrograin solid carbide, resulting in clean cuts, superior surface finish and a longer tool life.
Spiral down-cut router bits work with cnc routers, widely used for acrylic, plastic honeycomb panel cutting, wood, MDF, plywood, PVC, etc.
