Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned, with proper care, it would not get tangled.
Q3. How many bundles for a full head?
It depends on the size of customer's head, usually 12"-14": 2 bundles, 16"-20": 3 bundles, 22"-28": 4 bundles or more, you can use it as a reference.
Q4. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: After your payment is confirmed, we will ship the goods within 24 hours, shipment will take 3-5 days. For customized order, it would take 1~2 weeks.
5. Squeeze out excess water and air dry. Air drying preserves the hair more as opposed to blow drying or use of heat.
6. Always consult a professional regarding the chemical procedures, such as dying and bleaching.
