Stainless steel standard series / light duty Stauff pipe clamps according to DIN 3015 part 1:
1) Size range:
Light duty Stauff pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -102mm
2) Structure:
Assembly including cover plate, welded plate (elongated plate available), clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2).
Rail clamps (L-G9 series) available: cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.
Stackalbe Clamps (L-G13) available (max. 5 layers): Stackable Bolts + Clamp body + safety locking plates.
3) Materials:
Cover Plate: 304/316 Stainless steel
Welded Plate: 304/316 Stainless steel
Bolts: 304/316 Stainless steel
Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)
4) Working Temperature:
PP -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour
PA -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour
Alu. for high temperature application.
