  • 904L has good resistance to pitting, crevice (high Cr, Mo) and stress corrosion (high Ni)
  • Excellent resistance to corrosion in non-oxidation acid, such as sulfur, acetic acid, methane acid and phosphoric acid and good resistance to pitting in neutral chloride solution
