17-4PH /UNS S17400 Seamless Pipe

Properties of 17-4PH:
*Precipitating, hardening and martens tic stainless steel consisting of Cu, Nb and Cb
*High improved strength, but weaker corrosion resistance compared with austenitic stainless steel; good resistance to air, aqueous media and heavily diluted acids, alkaline or salt solutions, corrosion resistance ability similar as 304 and 430
*Easy to adjust strength degree by heat treatment
*Not suitable in temperature higher than 300ºC (572ºF) or very low degree

Applications of 17-4PH:
*Offshore platform, helicopter deck and other platforms
*Food industry, paper pulp industry and aerospace(turbine blades)
*Machine components, nuclear waste drum and nuclear reactors
