Lead acid battery terminals & bushings injection moulds as supporting product of KYLT battery bushing terminal die casting machines are welcomed by our customers.
    Now our Bushings and terminals die casting machines have two types can be used produce most kinds of PB bushings or terminals.
    Vertial type: mainly used to produce bushs and terminals which have a blot as insert. The advantage of this machines is: the bolts can be set in vertical direction in mould cavities, it is stable and visual for the bolts fixing. That reduce the damage in mould clamping.
    Horizontal type: widely used to produce all kinds bushings or terminals, this machines advantage is: can reach full automatic die casting. Operator can manage several machines at the same time. In operate this machine for bolt terminals, worker should be more careful to fix bolts in correct cavities position to avid mould damaged in clamping process.
Now our lead acid battery bushings terminals moulds involved normal PB terminals, bolt terminal, bushings which will be used in POLO auto battery.
