Scratch card ink has excellent hiding power and rub resistance. Its easy to be scratched by something hard and nail. The ink is environmental for its scratched ink will not become powdery. Moreover, it won’t add scratch difficulty as time goes by.

In purpose to make the scratch off effect better, you can print the UV gloss op varnish fisrt, then print the scratch card ink .Besides, If you print on the high quality coated paper, you also can get the better effect. |

Base layer printing requirement |
While you use offset printing method to print the Lottery ticket which logo or number, if you over using the spray powder will make embossing effect. while you print the scratch printing ink, you suppose to clean up the spray powder or do not use it. |

Before printing the scratch off card ink ,the offset printing layer must be total dry. Otherwise, the ink layer will be soften by the scratch off ink. What’s worse, the logo and the number will exposure. The base layer must enjoy well drying then print the scratch off ink. |

If you use PP lamination ,you can print the scratch directly. (No offset printing ,No spray powder.) |
