Precautions

1. The machine uses 46 original antiwear hydraulic oil. You must filter oil into the tank very carefully .You must release the oil after using 3 - 4 months .The oil can be used after your refiltering . The oil should be replaced once a year. Please clean the oil tank when you replace the oil.

2. Electrical device should be set to ground reliably.

3. You should use the machine carefully and check the connection parts before.

4. You should set oil pressure below 20MPa when you use the machine .

5. You should cut off the power supply when you check the machine .

6. We place the press box below a cylinder support because the pressure box is so heavy. The prevention of side force caused by the piston rod oil leakage.

Trouble-shooting

1. Abnormal noise.

The oil pump has abnormal noise during operation.It is generally caused by the pump suction air or oil pump damage. First, check the oil quantity in oil tank.maybe it is too low.Or the oil filter is blocked by dirts; secondly, check the oil suction pipe,maybe it is loose; finally, check the pump,maybe it is damaged. If the pump is damaged, pump body is so hot in most cases .

2. The piston stroke slow

First, check the oil quantity is too low, or low pressure oil filter is blocked by dirt; secondly, low pressure relief valve spool check whether the card, oradjusting screw is loose, resulting in fluid pressure is too low; finally, the poppet check the hydraulic control one-way valve is dirt. Then, check the pump is damaged.

3. Pressure rises slowly when it boost,

First, check the combination valve spool ,maybe it is dirt stuck; secondly, check thepressure relief valve adjustment screw ,maybe it is loose, whether the valve is dirtstuck, adjusting spring failure; third, the poppet check the hydraulic control one-way valve is dirt stuck; finally, check the damaged high-pressure pump.

4. Pressure-maintaining performance is not good.

Firstly, the ring to the pipe inspection is maybe damaged, the fasteningbolts are maybe loose. Second, check the high, low pressure one-way valve and the hydraulic control one-way valve,maybe it is losing the sealing effect, if the sealing surface of the valve, valve seat is damaged, it should be re grinding.Secondly, check the pipe connector "O" type sealing ring or gasket leaks.Finally, the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder to check whether thedamage to oil.
