This float type water filling plug uses an integrated float valve that automatically stops electrolyte or distilled-water refilling once the correct level is reached. It keeps every cell topped up without overfilling, acid overflow or plate exposure.

Designed for forklift traction batteries and industrial deep-cycle lead-acid batteries that need periodic watering, it fits standard 80mm watering-system caps and installs with a simple hand-tight fitting - no special tools required.

• Clean the hole of battery cell before fitting.
• Align the plug into the battery port and press or twist properly for tight sealing.
• Open the top cap to add distilled water / electrolyte. Close cap after filling.
• Check sealing status after installation. Replace the plug if it has crack or deformation.

Note: Do not use damaged plugs. Keep away from strong impact.
