Basket vent plug has a unique design with an internal top cover that induces a wall-hitting reaction, automatically producing distilled water that flows back into the battery. Compared with an ordinary plug, this one trims water loss to about 40% - 1 kg becomes roughly 400 g. The effect also slows plate polarisation, helping the battery serve longer. The design began as a project for EnerSys in the USA and is protected by our patent.
