6.2 Flame retardancy requirement

6.2.1 After 25 launderings, the damage length of the outer layer the heat insulation layer, the comfortable layer material, the reflective tape, the reinforcing materials of the knee, elbow, shoulder and other outer layers and the materials used for the lifesaving dragging belt shall not exceed 100mm, the burning time shall not exceed 2s, and there shall be no melting or dripping.

6.3 Thermal stability performance

6.3.1 After the thermal stability performance test at (260±5) ℃ the change rate of the size of the outermost layer, the waterproof and breathable layer, the thermal insulation layer materials, the reinforcing materials of the knees, elbows, and other parts of the outermost layer shall not be greater than 10% in both the warp and weft directions, and there shall be no obvious change on the surface the test sample.

6.3.2 After the thermal stability performance test at (180±5) ℃, the change rate of the size of the material the comfort layer shall not be greater than 10% in both the warp and weft directions, and there shall be no obvious change on the surface of the test sample.

6.3.3 After the thermal stability performance test at (260±5) ℃, the sewing threads used in the protective clothing shall be free of melting and.

6.3.4 After the thermal stability performance test at (260±5) ℃, the fittings used in the protective clothing shall be able to their original functions.

6.3.5 After the thermal stability performance test at (260±5) ℃, the material used in the life-saving dragging of the protective clothing shall not be greater than 10% in both the warp and weft directions, and there shall be no obvious change on the surface of the test sample
