Falling film heat transfer efficiency is high. Falling film evaporation is flow boiling, because the outer

surface of the liquid film layer thickness is small, no hydrostatic pressure generated by the high heat

transfer coefficient.

And the full-liquid evaporation (that is, immersion evaporation) generated bubbles easily gathered in the

surface of the heat transfer tube, resulting in decreased heat transfer efficiency, the heat transfer effect

as falling film evaporation. In general, falling film evaporation is a small temperature difference, but to

prevent scaling, affecting heat transfer efficiency.
