Customized Pq Core High Frequency Transformer with Flat Wire
Flat lines are ideal for high power applications. In high-power inductor designs, enameled wires have no advantage. The flat wire saves space and is also beneficial for automated production.
The flat wire has excellent heat dissipation and is suitable for high power and high density inductor applications.
Flat wire winding achieve a very low DCR, closed magnetic circuit, ultra-low buzz noise. The flat wire avoids the proximity effect, so that its cross section can be used 100%.
The flat wire can evenly disperse the electric field, minimize parasitic capacitance, achieve the best EMI effect, and completely solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem.
