PCM Phase Change Cooling Material For Li-Ion Battery Pack Battery is a solid PCM for battery thermal management that incorporates Phase Change Materials (PCMs). These are substances that absorb and release substantial amounts of thermal energy during a phase transition, typically from solid to liquid, enabling effective temperature regulation.

In extreme temperature environments, or where there's a significant day-night temperature difference (e.g., high summer temperatures), this solid PCM for battery thermal management absorbs excess heat from the battery. This helps to mitigate rapid temperature increases, thereby protecting the battery and extending its service life. Integrating our phase change material significantly improves the life cycle of Li-ion batteries, reducing costs by eliminating the need to frequently replace problematic cells.
