Environmental Test Chamber Modular Walk-in Chambers For Electronic Devices
Walk-in Environmental chamber, also called Wall-in Constant temperature and humidity test chamber, large climate chamber, walk-in climatic chamber, which is used to test the performance of materials in various environments, test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance etc. It is widely applicable for test the products of electronic, electrical, communication, instrument/equipment, vehicle/automotive, plastic/rubber products, metal, food, chemical, building materials, medical, aerospace and so on.
Main Features:
1. Chamber body
- Solid-construction chamber is a one-piece welded structure with six inches of fiberglass insulation and a 304 stainless steel interior
- Full-opening door(s) with heated windows
- One 4" (100mm) diameter cable port with silicone plug
2. Refrigeration and Plenum
- Modular or Integrated Air Plenum with cooling coil, wire heaters, and two circulator blowers
- Non-CFC refrigeration system using semi-hermetic Copeland Discus compressors
- Automatic water regulator controls water usage on water cooled models
- Humidity system includes steam generator and dehumidification coil
3. System Controls
- Instrumentation console mounted to the right of the chamber door
- Three levels of overheat protection including an independent, adjustable sensor
- High Temperature Safety with Complete Shut Down of Room with Manual Reset and Visual Indication,
- Low Temperature Safety with Complete Shut Down of Room with Manual Reset and Visual Indication,
- Both High and Low Temperature Safety with Manual Reset on Both and Visual Indication, Audible Alarm, and Remote Station Alarms.
