The damage of natural drips (rain, sea water, river water etc) or light rain to products and materials causes a numeric economic loss every year. The damages mainly include corrosion, fading, deformation, strength decrease, expansion, oxidation etc, especially the electronic products are prone to fire due to short circuit caused by wading. Therefore, it is an essential key procedure to carry out shell protection and water-proof test for specific products or materials.
Rain / Spray Test Chamberis applied to test the shell’s waterproof effect of indoor appliances, outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts and other electronic and electrical products.

Main structure introduction
1. The chamber adopts double casing and strengthens the structural design. The inner wall is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate (thickness 1.0mm±0.05), and the outer casing is sprayed with galvanized steel plate (color is required by customers);
2. The bottom of the chamber designed with an inclined surface, so that the test water can be returned to the water tank without any accumulation of water. A filter screen is provided at the water inlet to prevent foreign matter from entering the water tank from the water inlet.

The test chamber door is double-opened, made of tempered glass with a thickness of 8mm, which is convenient for viewing indoor conditions, and a wiper is provided on the door.You can manually clean the water droplets on the glass; A sealing tape is arranged on the door or the chamber body, and when the water droplets in the test chamber are sprinkled on the gate, the sealing can be ensured without water leakage; the door is provided with safety protection measures. When the test box is opened during operation, the system will automatically stop to avoid danger.
5. The chamber body is made of SUS304 stainless steel profile to ensure rigidity and strength, and can support the weight of the entire box and other components. Casters and support feet are mounted on the chassis. The casters and support feet should be able to withstand the weight of the entire box. The casters are universal wheels with brake function.
