Description:
Pre-heated (Thermo siphon) Solar Water Heater provides hot water through an efficient copper coil placed in the water tank as the heat exchanger. The tank places a role of heat storage container, keeps the heat energy absorbed from sun by tubes. Once cold water go through the copper coil ,heat energy will be exchanged to heat the cold water .Based on the features of copper coil, the temperature of the water at the outlet is very close to the temperature of the water tank (less than 3%)
1. Inner tank: food grade stainless steel SUS304-2B
2. Outer tank: Galvanized color steel/stainless steel/PVDF
3. Insulation :50mm polyurethane foam for 72hrs heat preservation
4. Collector :Vacuum tube painted by magnetron sputtering selective

6. Copper coil: diameter 12mm,thickness 1mm length 25meters each coil at least
Working Principle:
One copper coil is installed inside the tank as the heat exchange. When water flows into the copper coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil, change to hot water.
A pile of copper coil is pre-installed inside the non-pressure solar water heater tank, the water inside storage tank will reach a highest temperature due to local solar irradiation and duration in the single day, when pressure tap water goes through the copper coil and it absorbs enough heat from hot water stored inside the tank, hence at the outlet of copper coil we get instant and pressure hot water.
Vacuum tube: Hail-resisting borosilicate glass with high-tech single-target selective coating ensures an efficient solar collecting, tri-target vacuum tube with its patent interference coating even makes the efficiency improved by 12% and especially with a high temperature resistance (380oC).
Inner water tank: Food-grade stainless steel SUS304-2B as inner tank keeps the water clean and drinkable, together with advanced welding techniques to ensure a long lifespan ( more than 15 years).
Water tank shell: Stainless steel SUS304-2B/BA as outer shell with its super anti-erosion character could be installed in ocean coast weather.
Insulation Layer: High-density polyurethane integrated foam-forming with twice slaking treatment, preserves hot water constantly as long as 70~80 hours.
Supporting Bracket: strong stainless steel plate with a good weight bearing and wind resistance (140 km/hr), stainless steel ensures a long lifespan to acid rain, easy installation, universal bracket suitable for either flat or slope roof installation.
Accessories: Stainless bolts & nuts, water-proof silicon rubber, anti-aging dustproof rubber seal, plastic pipe holder and ventilating cap to ensure their lives as long as other parts of the system
