Flat Solar Collector with pressure bearing function.
The important part is made of black chrome plating high quality brass processed by special
technology after Ultrasonic welding.
The characteristic of this kind of solar collector is: high solar radiation heat absorption ratio, low emissivity, high pressure bearing ability (1 MPa ~1. 5 MPa).
Depending on the climate characteristic of European countries and south part of China, strict design for leakage free structure has been applied.
The efficiency of whole set solar collector can reach no lower than 50%.
Working principles
The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation.
When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically.
The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.
Description
Separated pressurized flat panel solar water heater is the biggest difference from past directly water cycle water heater that it adopt a specific kind of medium.
The medium flows through collector and absorbs a great deal of heat,then circulate to water tank and heat the water inside tank.
Due to the super heat radiating performance and the medium doesn’t directly touch water flow, so the thermal efficiency it collect is very high.
