Flange bolt is an integral bolt composed of hexagon head, flange plate (gasket and hexagon fixed under hexagon) and screw (cylinder with external thread). It needs to be matched with nut to fasten parts connecting two through holes.

This kind of connection is called bolt connection.

If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection belongs to the detachable connection.

type:

1. Hexagon head type: one is flat brain, the other is concave brain.

2. Surface color category: according to different needs, there are white, military green, yellow, corrosion-resistant Dacromet on the surface.

3. Flange plate type: according to the use position of flange bolts, the size requirements of the plate are different. There are also flat bottomed and toothed parts. The toothed part plays an anti-skid role.

4. According to the stress mode of the connection, there are common and reamed holes. The flange bolts used for reaming holes shall match with the size of the holes, and they shall be used for transverse force.
